The Masai Mara Game Reserve trip from Nairobi starts at 7:00am after breakfast; it’s a 6hour drive through the Great Rift Valley and the countryside. Masai Mara is a large game Reserve known as the Africans greatest wildlife Reserve. It’s also known for the great wildebeest migration which happens in July to October each year and is 8th wonder of the world. Similarly, is a home of many bird species, reptiles and this is where you find the big cats and the big five (lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard and rhino) among other animals. Some of the lion prides have more than 20 individuals and the smallest pride will have 10 individuals. Check in to the hotel in time for lunch. Enjoy the evening game drive. Dinner and overnight to be spent at the hotel/lodge.
A full day to explore the Kenya wildlife. After breakfast head out with a picnic lunch to the Mara River, hoping to see a dramatic river crossing or two. It is quite some sight to see the massed herds take a leap of faith into the Mara or Talek rivers with the Nile crocodiles lying in wait for them. Dinner and overnight to the lodge or camp.
After breakfast at around 0700hrs, depart to Naivasha. Upon arrival check in the hotel for an exquisite lunch. In the afternoon, visit Lake Naivasha to enjoy boat riding (at an extra cost) and see the hippos sunbathing among other wildlife. Dinner and overnight at the hotel
After breakfast at around 0800hrs, visit The Hells Gate, and get a chance to visit the devil’s kitchen and devil’s bedroom as you explore the mysterious and yet fascinating caves. Later on, depart to Lake Nakuru national park. Check in hotel/lodge for lunch. Later afternoon game drive to see one of the largest ornithological spots, Flamingo, and a variety of wildlife not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park Dinner and overnight at hotel/lodge.
Head for an early morning game drive for a chance to see the amazing birdlife in the park. Later return to the hotel/lodge for breakfast. Later depart for Nairobi in time to catch your scheduled flights having concluded your visit.
